Enterprise Software Sales Executive - Hybrid near Peoria Il - 60-80k 120k OTE+
Hybrid can be a day a week but you need to be within reasonable driving distance from Peoria. Chicago works but it's a stretch. Check the driving distance before you apply please. This is not a remote role.
We're seeking a dynamic Enterprise Software Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the cloud and software development space.
Key Responsibilities- Develop existing accounts and prospect for new opportunities
- Drive awareness and excitement for our Enterprise offerings
- Manage all aspects of the sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, handling objections, closing, and follow-up
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through referral relationships
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment while meeting individual targets
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to push past rejection and achieve results
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies
- Experience with long sales cycles
- Confidence in communicating with all levels of an organization
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop own leads in addition to handling incoming leads
- Genuine desire to build and maintain customer relationships
- Willingness to travel to customer sites, including driving destinations
