The Parts Sales Specialist is responsible for aftermarket parts sales by managing customer inquiries, analyze pricing, preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely delivery. This role plays a key part in driving parts revenue, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding spare parts, pricing, and availability in a timely manner
  • Prepare and issue parts quotations and follow up to convert quotations into orders
  • Process customer orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
  • Work closely with the logistics team to manage order shipments and delivery schedules
  • Maintain accurate parts pricing, product information, and order records in the ERP system
  • Support proactive parts sales by identifying opportunities for replacement parts, spare parts packages, and maintenance kits
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase spare parts sales and promote recommended spare parts packages.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to align inventory levels with parts sales demand and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with service engineers and sales teams to identify additional parts sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors and provide excellent support
  • Track and report parts sales performance and market feedback to management
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in parts sales, aftermarket sales, or industrial customer service
  • Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, or manufacturing environment preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret basic technical documentation or parts manuals is a plus
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
