We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven State Farm Insurance Account Representative to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will help clients understand their insurance options, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting customer relationships. You will work in a collaborative and supportive environment where performance is rewarded and growth is encouraged.

  • First-year earnings: $45,000-$65,000 (base pay plus commission)

Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
  • Present and recommend appropriate insurance and financial solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and service requests
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance
Requirements
  • Candidate must have P&C License
  • Candidate must have Life & Health License
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and earn trust quickly
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn
