Retirement Plan Sales Consultant | TPA Services | $80K–$100K Base + Commission

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 base salary + commission on new business

• Develop and cultivate new business opportunities for TPA retirement plan services.
• Build relationships with financial advisors, CPAs, brokers, and business owners.
• Consult prospective clients on retirement plan design, administration, and compliance solutions.
• Conduct presentations and meetings to educate prospects on the value of TPA services.
• Manage the sales process from initial opportunity through implementation.
• Partner with internal administration teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.
• Maintain strong industry relationships and identify opportunities for growth through networking and referrals.

• 3+ years of experience in the retirement plan industry within a TPA environment.
• Strong understanding of 401(k), profit‑sharing, cash balance, and other qualified retirement plans.
• Experience in retirement plan sales, business development, relationship management, or client consulting.
• Ability to communicate complex retirement concepts in a clear and consultative manner.
• Strong networking, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Retirement industry designations such as QKA, QPA, CPC, CEBS, or similar (preferred).
