Sales Supervisor - Chicago Outlet

Summary

The Sales Supervisor will support management with store operations at the Chicago Premium Outlet location, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring a high level of customer experience and store standards.

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Maintain a guest ready store where clients feel welcomed
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues
• Open and close the store according to procedures
• Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized

• 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry related role
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
