• Manage your assigned route to ensure efficient product ordering, delivery, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and responding to their business needs.
• Execute promotions, seasonal displays, and holiday merchandising plans to maximize sales and product visibility.
• Deliver products accurately and on time while meeting customer expectations and contract requirements.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new products, expand shelf space, and increase sales within existing accounts.
• Merchandise products to create attractive, fully stocked displays that drive customer purchases.
• Represent Chicago Baking Company with professionalism while serving as a trusted partner to your customers.
• Monitor route performance and take proactive steps to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Basic computer skills to complete daily route and sales activities.
• Previous Direct Store Delivery (DSD) or route sales experience is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a standard transmission delivery truck.
• Ability to lift, carry, load, and unload products weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
• Ability to meet all DOT requirements, including successfully passing a DOT physical.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and other scheduled shifts as needed.
