Security Supervisor

Management

The security supervisor is responsible for all security activities and security ambassadors on duty. Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. Interacts and cooperate with regulatory, fire/rescue and law enforcement agencies.

Enforces internal control policies and procedures. Enforces underage gambling and drinking laws. Maintains safety and inspection reports for the property. Conducts regular security post inspections. Prepares security incident reports and maintain security logs. Reports guest and team member concerns and complaints to manager.

Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction. Ensure security team members adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards consistent with department and company standards. Responsible for supporting compliance to departmental budgets.
