Location & Schedule
- Rush Copley Medical Center, Aurora, IL
- Facilities / Engineering / Security
- Second shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm)
- Weekends required (every weekend)
- Hourly pay: $16.38 – $24.56
- On‑call:
No
Secures the inside and outside of the facility, assists patients, visitors and staff by providing escorts, jump‑starts and unlocking doors. Responds to fire, disaster and other emergency situations as needed.
Position Requirements- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Illinois driver's license required
- Permanent Employee Registration Card required
- Security or law enforcement experience desired
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills essential
- Must be able to read, write and speak English
- Basic level of IAHSS certification required within 6 months of hire
- Ability to tolerate prolonged walking, standing or sitting
- Flexible with schedule and able to work alternative shifts
