** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.

+ Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, noting and reporting suspicious activity and/or potential security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points, verify credentials as required by site policy, and help to deter unauthorized entry into sensitive areas commonly found at technology and data-focused locations.

+ Complete required reports and documentation related to patrol activity, incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in a timely and accurate manner.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
