Security Officer - Dispatch Agent

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities from a dispatch setting.;
Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations by dispatching the appropriate personnel, communicating updates, and helping coordinate security-related responses for the location.;
Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and daily activity records, including call details, response times, and status updates for routine and urgent events.;
Support security-related operations across the location by tracking resources, prioritizing incoming requests, and communicating clearly with Allied Universal personnel, client representatives, and/or local responders as needed.
