Security Officer - Dispatch Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the location;
Monitor communication systems, receive calls for assistance, and coordinate the timely dispatch of personnel to reported incidents, service requests, and/or critical situations;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting key details and communicating updates to site leadership and/or responding personnel;
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, and other required reports related to security-related activities, alarms, and/or operational concerns;
Support security-related operations by monitoring cameras, alarms, and other site systems, helping to identify unusual activity and communicating concerns for follow-up
