Security Officer - Part Time Dispatch

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, and communicating security-related information in a professional manner;
Monitor radios, phones, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive reports, document activity, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by coordinating communications, dispatching appropriate personnel, and following post orders and emergency response activities when appropriate;
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records to support daily operations and help with follow-up on security-related concerns;
Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the location and perimeter, while helping to identify unusual activity, access issues, and/or conditions that may require additional attention
