Security Officer - Dispatch Scheduler

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities;
Monitor radio, phone, and electronic communications systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and dispatch personnel to security-related incidents;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by gathering details, relaying accurate information to on-site personnel and/or emergency services, and preparing clear reports for follow-up;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity, helping to deter unauthorized access, and communicating observations to the appropriate contacts;
Maintain logs, incident records, and shift activity reports, and support coordination between site personnel, visitors, vendors, and management during routine operations and/or emergency situations
