Your ImpactPearce is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites. This fast‑paced, rewarding role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and eager to learn and grow in the telecom industry. This is a regional position. Candidates should reside in the Denver, Colorado area.
CoreResponsibilities
- Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Tower sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑out services.
- Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
- Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
Specific duties may vary or evolve over time based on business and client needs.
Core Experience- Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
- 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

- Candidates should reside in the Denver, Colorado area.
- Must be available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs on occasion.
- Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure.
- Occasional overnights required – company pays all travel costs and provides $50 per diem per night.
- Driving to remote work sites as needed.
- Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
- Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- May need to pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). rate $30.00–$40.00 USD DOE. Compensation is influenced by skill set, level of experience, and location. Employees may also be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, production incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem or other applicable compensation.What We Offer
