Residential Maintenance Technician

We are hiring a Residential Maintenance Technician!

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be completing 4–5 work orders per day. You'll troubleshoot and repair multi‑trade areas like plumbing, tile work, painting, electrical, carpentry, HVAC filters, appliance issues, and more across scattered‑site residential properties.

• Standard hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
• Occasional emergency calls on nights / weekends (paid OT)

• Competitive Salary: $20-$30 per hour based on experience + 7% in Performance Based Compensation paid out monthly

• Respond promptly to scheduled work orders and service calls
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain:
• Plumbing (leak repair, fixture installs)

• Tile work: (Install, Grout, Finish) –

• Painting: (prep, apply, stain) –
  Must Have
• Electrical (outlet/wiring troubleshooting)
• Carpentry (drywall, trim, door & window repairs)
• HVAC basics (filter changes, thermostat calibration)
• Appliance repair (washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge)
• Communicate clearly and courteously with tenants and property managers
• Document work performed and close out work orders in our system
• Escalate complex or recurring issues to dispatchers
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work truck

• Hands‑On Experience
  • 2+ years in multi‑site/scattered‑site residential maintenance
  • Broad skill set across plumbing, painting, tile work, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and appliances
• Self‑Starter
  • Able to work independently, communicate effectively, and be proactive.
• Reliable & Responsive:
  • Valid U.S. driver's license, clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation, full auto insurance
  • Available for occasional after‑hours emergency calls
• Background Check:
  Must pass a pre‑employment background screening
