• Perform commercial overhead door service, repair, and installation work.
• Work on related systems, including operators, pedestrian doors, dock equipment, and access‑related components.
• Diagnose issues accurately and complete work safely and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers, office staff, and leadership.
• Identify additional repair, upgrade, or service opportunities in the field.
• Maintain strong workmanship with low callback rates.
• Participate in ongoing technical development and training.

• Commercial garage door industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong technical field ability and confidence working independently.
• Ability to work independently and communicate professionally with customers.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Comfortable using mobile tools, service software, and company processes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a background check if offered the position.

• Full‑time, W‑2 Employment.
• Pay: $35 to $50 per hour, based on experience.
