Location:

Aurora, IL, USA - 1995 McKesson Street

Shift: Sunday - 6pm-2:30pm;
Monday to Thursday, 7pm-3:30pm. Shift subject to change. OT mandatory if required.

Compensation:
Competitive base pay plus $1.75/hr shift differential.

Job Summary:

McKesson's temperature-controlled Distribution Center in Aurora, IL is hiring a Sr Facilities Representative. This role involves repair experience and knowledge of a broad range of complex facility systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to perform complex technical tasks. The candidate will communicate professionally with a wide range of groups and learn quickly on conveyance systems. Tasks include building maintenance, repair of internal and external areas, and assisting with service and repairs of conveyor systems and other distribution equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

What You Will Need:

• Facility, maintenance or service technician experience.
• Troubleshooting and repair experience with equipment used in a distribution center environment.
• Knowledge and safe use of various types of equipment in maintenance/facility trade (hand tools, power tools, conveyors, forklifts, pressure gauges, voltmeters, etc.).
• Basic knowledge and exposure to warehouse work environments.
• Basic knowledge and exposure to various trades (mechanical, electrical, millwright, HVAC, etc.).
• Knowledge of lock out/tag out and OSHA.
• Work order experience preferred.
• Experience operating various power equipment would be considered a strong asset. Location is willing to train but must maintain certifications.
• Openness to assist with minor tasks such as picking up garbage on the floor or assisting in repair of DC equipment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Includes standing, sitting, walking, general labor, ladder, scissor lift & forklift use, climbing up to four-story heights in a warehouse environment.
• May work at heights and in cold areas at times.
