Field/Service Technician, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Weber Packaging Solutions is seeking a highly driven Field Service Engineer based in Illinois to support customers. This role is ideal for a true road warrior - someone who thrives on being in the field, enjoys travel and takes pride in delivering hands-on technical support directly at customer sites.
Our top performers are mechanically inclined, technically skilled, and energized by a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment. This position requires a high level of independence, a strong customer-first mindset and the ability to stay organized and responsive while frequently on the road.
Overnight travel is a core component of the role, averaging 3–4 nights per week.
This position offers a base salary plus quarterly bonus, along with a competitive benefits package.
