All Fleet Inc is expanding west of Chicago and we’re hiring a mobile diesel tech to service the rapidly growing Aurora, Naperville, and I‑88 corridor
. This region is booming with distribution centers, fleet yards, and long‑haul traffic — a perfect territory for a high‑performing field tech.
- Earn $25–$50/hr with performance-based commission—your earning potential is in your hands
- Get paid weekly

- Company service truck to drive home—no commuting costs
- Diagnose and repair semi‑trucks, trailers, and more
- Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics
- Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas
- Maintain detailed records of parts and services
- Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs
- Your own tools (not provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check
- Customer‑first attitude and professional demeanour
- Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on‑call rotations
