Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active licensure as a Social Worker
• Prior experience serving in a school setting strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct social work services to students, including individual and group counseling
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement support plans
• Conduct assessments and participate in special education meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Advocate for student needs and connect them with appropriate community resources
• Educate and support faculty and parents regarding best practices for addressing social, behavioral, and emotional concerns
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to all school district policies and confidentiality guidelines
