Job Title:Resident Assistant
Job Description- Cultivate a positive and engaging living environment that fosters a sense of belonging and enables students to build positive relationships with one another.
- Maintain a high level of visibility and availability, including attending Upward Bound events, regularly touring the residence hall, and interacting with residents.
- Confront and document student behavioral issues and concerns.
- Must be able to lift 20 lbs, set up tables and chairs, assist in event set‑up and clean‑up throughout the summer program.
Hourly Rate: $16 per hour
