• Answer customer inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction in all interactions
• Prepare, review, and maintain accurate shipping documents, including bills of lading and customs paperwork
• Schedule and monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity based on customer specifics
• Serve as the point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams regarding shipment status and issue resolution
• Collaborate with operations and external partners to ensure logistics standards are met

• Must be resourceful, organized, and able to provide exceptional customer service
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and SAP
• Experience with in shipper portals such as Fed Ex and UPS
• Familiarity with DOT compliance and best practices
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills, with emotional intelligence and outstanding interpersonal skills

• Possesses critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management
• Knowledge of equipment management, including preventative maintenance and repair
• Ability to recommend process improvements for logistics operations
