Position: CDL A OTR Tanker Driver (Midwest Region)

Flow Trans is a specialty hauler of liquid food‑grade products across North America. The company is one of the largest haulers of liquid ingredients to food manufacturers and a vital part of the supply chain keeping America fed.

• Transport food‑grade freight across 48 states (excluding NYC) as an OTR driver.
• Work an OTR schedule:
  Out 2 1/2 weeks, Home 3 full days.
• Maintain No‑Touch level of service.
• Operate manufacturer‑approved equipment.

• Average weekly gross pay: $1,800.
• Weekly earnings guarantee: $1,400 (must be available for dispatch).
• 61 CPM loaded and empty + 2 CPM Monthly Safety/Performance Bonus.
• Sign‑on bonus: $3,000 total ($500 first paycheck, $1,000 after 90 days, $1,500 after 6 months).
• Referral bonus: $300 per week for the first 10 weeks while the referred driver is employed.
• Detention, layover, and breakdown pay.
• Weekly direct deposit.

• Age 23 or older.
• Valid CDL A license.
• At least 1 year OTR experience within last 3 years.
• Must have a tanker endorsement or be willing to obtain one.
• No DWI/DUI in last 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations in last 3 years.
• No more than 6 points on your MVR in last 3 years.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in last 3 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical examination, drug test, and be physically capable of performing required duties.
• Hiring radius: must live in OH, IN, IL, MI, WI, IA, MN or be willing to relocate.
