Class A CDL Driver - Rider & Pets

Class A CDL Drivers $113K+/Yr & Home Weekly with Rider and Pets Welcome (Full Time)

Class A drivers with at least one year of verifiable Class A experience in the last three years are needed. Drivers will work full‑time, pick up loads at DC hubs in IA, hook, and go. Each week drivers average 900‑1,200 miles, complete three loads, and earn a base daily salary of $215 plus $300 per trailer unloaded. Daily pay averages $2,190 per week.

Drivers will have three to five days of paid training on the account.

• Pickup loads at designated DCs, hook trailers, and perform contactless drop‑offs on a conveyor belt in retail locations.
• Transport shipments across the Midwest and Southeast, making 2‑4 stops per trailer.
• Complete 900‑1,200 miles per week, typically three loads.
• Follow company policy regarding driver rest and use of 34‑hour reset, returning to DC for subsequent loads.
• Maintain a secure place for truck parking if bringing home the truck.
• Adhere to daily orientation and training schedules, which include a 3‑5 day paid program.

Benefits begin after a 60‑day waiting period and include medical, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with matching.

• Must live within 200 miles of any of the following:
  Memphis, TN;
  Marquette, MI;
  Shreveport, LA;
  Jackson, MS.
• States of residence: AR, IL, MO, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE, KS.
• Drivers must be 21 years or older with one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR).
• CDL must be issued in the state of current residence.
• May not have more than three jobs in the last year or more than six jobs in the last three years.
• Can have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, but no major traffic violations, rear‑end collisions, or rollovers.
• No termination from the most recent job.
• No felonies in the last seven years (except sexual crime exclusions) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
• May have one personal vehicle moving violation in the last three years (e.g., 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld device).

All applicants must pass a urine drug test. Prior failures or refusals of any drug test at any time disqualify a candidate.
