Job Overview
We are looking for motivated, safety-minded recent graduates with a valid Class A CDL to start their trucking career. The role includes hands‑on training from a certified mentor, competitive solo pay, and a clear path to a long‑term OTR driving career.
What We Offer- Hands‑On Training Program: 4–6 weeks with a certified mentor
- Paid Orientation & Training
- Weekly Solo Pay: $1,200–$1,500 on average
- Home Time:
Every 2 weeks - Long‑Term Career Path with Ongoing Support
- Valid Class A CDL
- Completed a 120‑hour CDL school program
- Pass a road test and drug screen at orientation
- No recent major moving violations
- No recent terminations within the past 6 months
- No Clearinghouse violations (SAP drivers not accepted at this time)
