Our client, a large international freight forwarder, is seeking an Entry-Level Air Export Operator to join their growing operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in global logistics, supply chain, and international transportation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn the air export process within a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate and process air export shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and review shipping documentation including airway bills, commercial invoices, and export paperwork
• Communicate with airlines, overseas agents, customers, and internal departments
• Track shipments and provide status updates to clients
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company procedures
• Enter shipment details into internal operating systems accurately and efficiently
• Assist with resolving shipment issues and delays when needed

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Interest in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Previous logistics experience is a plus, but not required

• Competitive hourly pay: $21–$25/hour
