• Operate a Class A tractor‑trailer safely and professionally on over‑the‑road (OTR) routes.
• Deliver freight on time while following all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety requirements.
• Transport 100% no‑touch freight and complete pickups/deliveries efficiently and courteously.
• Plan trip routes and manage hours‑of‑service (HOS) compliance using ELD systems and best practices.
• Communicate proactively with dispatch and customers regarding load status, delays, and ETA updates.
• Complete pre‑trip/post‑trip inspections and report maintenance needs to keep equipment road‑ready.
• Maintain accurate logs, trip paperwork, and delivery documentation (electronic and/or paper).
• Follow company policies for safe driving, cargo securement (as applicable), and accident/incident reporting.

• Starting Pay: $0.55–$0.63 CPM (based on experience and qualifications).
• Stable Miles: Average 2,200–2,500+ miles per week for consistent earnings.
• Performance Growth: Bi‑annual pay reviews to recognize experience and performance.

• Orientation pay (~$250).
• Vacation pay (~$1,000).
• Layover pay and stop‑off pay—your time is compensated.
• Referral Bonus: Earn up to $2,000 per referred driver (no cap).

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Age 21 or older.
• Minimum 6 months of OTR or Regional driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Clean driving record (MVR) and strong safety focus.
• Ability to meet DOT/FMCSA requirements, including drug and alcohol screening and background checks as applicable.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver a tractor‑trailer in varying weather, traffic, and road conditions.

• Experience with electronic logging devices (ELD) and modern in‑cab technology.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven history of on‑time performance and safe driving recognition.

• OTR driving with extended time on the road and varying schedules based on freight needs.
• Ability to sit for extended periods, enter/exit the cab frequently, and perform vehicle inspections (bending, reaching, climbing).
• Commitment to safe, distraction‑free driving and adherence to company policies.
