About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Driver Manager, with a CDL, to lead frontline transportation operations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.

This position offers the opportunity to directly influence team performance, develop drivers, and drive continuous improvement.
CDL is required

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and support daily transportation operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service, and accountability
  • Coach, develop, and motivate drivers while fostering a culture of professionalism and operational excellence
  • Partner with regional leadership to communicate performance trends, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service levels and operational efficiency
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
  • Coordinate logistics activities across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment remain in safe, reliable working condition by coordinating maintenance and repair activities
  • Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with operational and company standards
  • Drive a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent and dependable service execution
What We’re Looking For
  • CDL is required
  • 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational environment
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop team members while creating a culture of accountability
  • Experience training new employees and reinforcing performance expectations with existing teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset
  • Ability to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions in a dynamic environment
  • Understanding of safety principles and risk prevention within transportation operations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
