Position Title:
Driver Manager

Our client is seeking a Driver Manager, with a CDL, to lead frontline transportation operations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
This position offers the opportunity to directly influence team performance, develop drivers, and drive continuous improvement.
CDL is required
- Lead and support daily transportation operations while maintaining a strong focus on safety, service, and accountability
- Coach, develop, and motivate drivers while fostering a culture of professionalism and operational excellence
- Partner with regional leadership to communicate performance trends, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor key performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance service levels and operational efficiency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution
- Coordinate logistics activities across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution
- Ensure vehicles and equipment remain in safe, reliable working condition by coordinating maintenance and repair activities
- Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with operational and company standards
- Drive a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring consistent and dependable service execution
- CDL is required
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience within transportation, logistics, supply chain, or a related operational environment
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, and develop team members while creating a culture of accountability
- Experience training new employees and reinforcing performance expectations with existing teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first mindset
- Ability to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions in a dynamic environment
- Understanding of safety principles and risk prevention within transportation operations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
