We’re looking for reliable and motivated 1099 Final Mile Drivers with their own 26+ ft. Box Truck to join our growing delivery network. This is a fantastic opportunity for independent contractors who value flexibility, autonomy, and competitive earning potential.

• Deliver and assemble mattresses and furniture directly to customers’ homes (final mile delivery).
• Ensure timely and professional service with a customer‑first mindset.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized vehicle to protect customer orders.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
• Professional attitude and great customer service skills.
• Positive attitude, flexible, trainable, and prompt.

What You’ll Need

• Own a Box Truck (26’+) in good condition.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of commercial auto insurance.
• Previous final mile experience required.
• Customer focus: friendly and professional attitude with a commitment to excellent service.
• Physical stamina: ability to load/unload and assemble goods as needed.
