• 3 weeks OTR on the road.
• 1 week home time.
• Planned scheduling to support work-life balance.
• Dedicated dispatch support during trips.

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• OTR driving experience preferred (but not required for all candidates).
• Clean driving record.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-oriented mindset.
• Ability to operate long-haul routes across multiple states.
