Aurora – CDL Driver

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a CDL Driver to haul construction equipment and materials to job sites and to other Carroll stores. Drivers work closely with colleagues to ensure accurate loads and on‑time delivery. When off the road they assist with various warehouse duties. The position offers year‑round employment and benefits, with flexible scheduling that allows drivers to be home each night and weekend.

• Transport construction equipment and materials to job sites and internal locations.
• Coordinate with team members to verify load accuracy and delivery schedules.
• Perform warehouse duties as needed (e.g., loading, unloading, inventory checks).

• Class A or B CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Experience in the building materials industry or experience on flatbeds is a plus.
• Strong team player; ready to go the extra mile.
• Pass pre‑employment drug and physical testing.
