A predictable regional route with multiple days at home
This dedicated position is built for drivers who want regional work without being away from home for an entire week. Drivers typically get home 3–4 times each week, often returning every other day for a 10-hour break.
You’ll run consistent store freight across a six-state Midwest operating area with approximately 3 loads each week.

Most drivers are able to get by the house about every other day for a 10-hour break, depending on the week's route and freight.
What the Position PaysAverage earnings are approximately $1,500–$1,700 per week
. Top Earners make $2,000+ weekly.
In addition to the regular pay package:
$245 — unload pay per trailer
$70 — backhaul pay per return load
Sign-on bonus available!
Drivers are paid weekly by direct deposit. Actual earnings can vary based on loads, route activity, productivity, and other applicable factors.
Where You'll RunThis account services established retail locations throughout the Midwest, including:
Illinois | Wisconsin | Indiana | Michigan | Iowa | Kentucky
You’ll operate within this regional footprint rather than running traditional long-haul OTR freight.
The WorkThis is a hands-on store delivery account
. Drivers are responsible for unloading freight at customer locations, so applicants should be comfortable with a touch-freight position.
You'll safely operate Class A equipment, complete required inspections and electronic logs, and follow all DOT and company safety procedures while servicing the dedicated route.
Before You ApplyWe're looking for drivers who:
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- Are at least 21 years old
- Meet applicable DOT and company qualification standards
- Are authorized to work in the United States
