Class A CDL Truck Driver - CDL Graduates

Position: Class A CDL Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome
Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers for an over-the-road (OTR) position, welcoming new CDL school graduates ready to launch their driving career. Drivers with under six months of experience will begin with a 4-6 week training period alongside an experienced trainer before running independently, hauling 53' dry van trailers.

Job Details Running lanes covering the Central US, extending west to Kansas, east to Pennsylvania, north to Minnesota, and south to Georgia
100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers, mix of drop and hook and live load/unload

Home weekly on weekends

Shift options of Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday Must be willing to drive during day or night hours

Average weekly mileage of approximately 1,700 to 2,400 miles

Compensation & Benefits $1,100 to $1,700 per week $0.56 to $0.64 per mile based on experience

Trainee pay of $650+ per week for 4-6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience $15 stop pay Monthly safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for drivers exceeding 9,200 miles, maintaining an accident-free record, and achieving 7 mpg or better

At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDLGraduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years

No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years

Solid work history with no major unexplained employment gaps

Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
