The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. The role includes counting and inspecting products, reporting damages or discrepancies, and operating all equipment safely and efficiently. Associates are expected to meet company objectives in performance, safety, and quality while complying with all corporate and site‑specific policies.

• Use pallet jack to accurately pick orders, staging products in appropriate areas as per client requirements.
• Stack, package, band, shrink‑wrap, and label products according to Standard Operating Procedures.

• Verify products and orders meet quality standards, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
• Perform packaging, shrink‑wrapping, and labeling in compliance with SOPs.

• Execute all safety protocols and perform tasks in a safety‑promoting manner.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and assist in warehouse security.
• Follow all SOPs, corporate and site‑specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/SDS Standards.

• Operate pallet jack and other equipment; maintain equipment and report problems.

• Work overtime as dictated by business (mandatory or voluntary).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience working in unregulated temperatures within a warehouse (mild to moderate temperature variations).

• Computer:

• Language:
  English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Mathematics:
  Basic to intermediate level for inventory verification and related tasks.
• Other:
  Strong attention to detail, minimal supervision, adaptability to change, fast‑paced work environment.

• 6 months experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Current or prior MHE certification.

• Occasionally handle/finger, sit.
• Frequently bend.
• Constantly walk and stand.
• Lift/Carry and Push/Pull 21–50 pounds; reach above shoulder, reach outward, squat, or kneel as required.

By the time of duty performance, the employee is rarely exposed to fumes or airborne particles or toxic or caustic chemicals. Noise levels are usually low to moderate.

The expected base pay range is $19.00–$21.00 per hour, determined based on relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
