Overview
Warehouse Operations at Cardinal Health’s Aurora facility supports pharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse operations. The role involves performing or controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product, including functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, and delivery.
Schedule & CompensationSchedule:
Mandatory Saturdays from 5:30am – 2:00pm (or until work is finished). The remainder of the week, work additional shifts based on availability up to 29hrs/week.

Responsibilities- Follow established processes to fulfill orders, including accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
- Cross‑train in multiple areas of the warehouse and/or participate in projects as assigned by manager or other management team member.
- Occasionally wear steel‑toed boots when performing certain warehouse duties.
- Work in cold temperatures throughout portions of the shift.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and become certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty, including order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie‑rider.
- Open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience. All training is provided starting your first day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
- Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with technologies, such as computers or point of sale systems, is a plus.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
