Job SummaryAs a Warehouse Administrative Clerk, you will play a vital role in supporting our warehouse operations team through detailed recordkeeping, reporting, and administrative support. Working closely with the Warehouse Administrative Manager, you’ll help ensure accuracy in system transactions, inventory coordination, and operational documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, teamwork, and contributing to a fast-paced logistics environment.
Pay Rate- Range:$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
- Starting Pay:$20.00 per hour
- Guaranteed Progression: 50-cent per hour increases at 90 days, 1 year, and annually thereafter for a total of 5 years, reaching the maximum rate at 5 years in this role.
- 2nd Shift: 4:30 pm to 1:00 am (Monday thru Friday)

- Maintain accurate records, reports, and system data entry.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, scanning, order entry, answering phones, and routing messages.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory coordination, and shipping/receiving documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative workflow.
- Adapt to changing priorities and reporting structures based on business needs.
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate’s Degree preferred).
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience (warehouse/logistics preferred).
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the day.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs (filing, organizing, handling office materials).
- Manual dexterity and strong visual focus for data entry and document processing.
- Primarily office-based within a warehouse facility.
- Occasional exposure to dust, noise, and fluctuating temperatures when entering warehouse areas.
- PPE required in designated warehouse zones.
