Position: Senior Warehouse Associate - ICQC (2nd & 3rd Shifts)

Job Description

We are hiring immediately for an experienced warehouse worker as a Senior Warehouse Associate - ICQC at our distribution facility. You will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas. With a focus on quality, you will perform quality assurance inspections to ensure shipments are accurate and meet the requirements of customer orders.

Available Shifts
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
  • 3rd Shift: 8:30pm - 5:00am
A Day in The Life of a Senior Associate

As a Senior Warehouse Associate - ICQC, you will be responsible for performing warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as general maintenance of assigned areas. With a focus on quality, you will perform quality assurance inspections to ensure shipments are accurate and meet the requirements of customer orders.

  • Complete log sheets and handle inbound shipments
  • Perform quality inspections, log discrepancies and take appropriate steps to correct errors
  • Verify supplier returns and enter order receipts
  • Relocate and consolidate material
  • Prepare and assemble packing lists
  • Pack, label, wrap, and load outbound trucks

Education & Experience
  • High school degree or equivalent required
  • 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
  • Previous experience in an inventory/quality control position preferred
Skills & Requirements
  • Basic computer skills preferred
  • Basic problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods
  • Willingness to operate warehouse equipment, including power equipment
Compensation

Compensation Details: $21.04 - $25.26 Per Hour. This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents.
