Payments:
The expected hourly rate for this position is $23 USD, plus a $3.80/hour shift differential. It is dependent on skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a performance-based bonus. The Warehouse Lead will assist Warehouse Supervisors with the day‑to‑day warehouse operations, ensuring execution of activities in accordance with company procedures related to receiving of materials, picking for production orders, reducing inventory variances in the warehouse, and maintaining warehouse housekeeping. Must also be able to perform all duties of a Material Handler.

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 3RD SHIFT OPPORTUNITY (10 PM-6 AM, SUN PM-FRI AM).

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years in warehouse/distribution environment. Leadership experience required.
• Experience operating multiple types of material handling equipment (specifically sit-down fork trucks and reach trucks) in a manufacturing/warehouse environment, including having trained team members on this.
• Experience with RF scanners required; experience in WMS (SAP preferred).
• Must be able to read/write/speak English; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
