This is a full‑time, entry‑level position located within one of Amazon’s fulfillment centers, sort centers, delivery stations or other operations buildings. The role is customer‑focused and requires a leader to guide a team of hourly associates in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. The Manager will motivate, mentor, and manage the team to meet performance goals while maintaining the highest safety, quality, attendance and performance standards.

• Support, mentor and motivate 50-100 direct‑report associates
• Work independently and operate autonomously within the warehouse
• Stand or walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours
• Regularly work shift patterns that may include nights, weekends, and holidays, typically following a fixed 4‑day work week with 3 days off
• Oversee truck deliveries, handle and sort packages using pallet jacks, operate PIT equipment (where applicable), and step in as needed
• Operate in an environment where noise levels vary
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending and reaching
• Climb and descend stairs (when applicable)

• Completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree between May 2024 and August 2026 (all degree requirements met before start date)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Currently enrolled in or graduated with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering, or a related field

The base salary range is $65,200.00 - $75,000.00 USD per year. Your package will include sign‑on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
