DSV is seeking a Team Lead in Aurora, IL to coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and focuses on meeting performance, safety, and quality objectives.
The Team Lead will train associates, supervise shipping/receiving activities, and enforce SOPs while ensuring accurate documentation and safety compliance. Evening shifts and weekend coverage may be required.
