Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations
- Supervise warehousing, receiving, and shipping of products
- Plan inbound and outbound volume
- Ensure training and adherence to SOPs
- Collaborate with HR for hiring and training processes
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 7 years experience in logistics/distribution
- 5 years supervisory experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge of applicable WMS systems
- English proficiency in reading, writing and verbal communication
Demonstrates strong operational management capabilities in logistics and distribution, with a focus on supervising warehousing, receiving, and shipping processes. Proficient in training staff and ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures while collaborating effectively with HR for hiring.
