Location: Aurora, IL
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• High school diploma or GED
• At least one year of clamp‑truck or forklift experience
• Current equipment certification or ability to complete required training
• Strong attention to detail and workplace safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to operate equipment accurately in tight spaces
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a warehouse team

• Inspect the clamp truck and complete a safety check at the beginning of the shift
• Operate a clamp truck to transport freight throughout the warehouse
• Clamp, lift, move, and stage loads accurately
• Maneuver equipment safely through aisles and tight spaces
• Load and unload products as assigned
• Move freight efficiently to keep warehouse operations running smoothly
• Inspect loads for stability and potential damage
• Maintain a clean, clear, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Follow all equipment operating procedures and workplace safety requirements
