Schedule:
Tuesday-Thursday from 7:00am-3:30pm (or until work finish), Fridays from 8:00am-4:30pm (or until work finish), and Saturdays from 5:30am-2:00pm (or until work finish).

Cardinal Health’s Aurora facility supports pharmaceutical supply chain and warehouse operations. What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. This may include functions of receiving, picking, packing, shipping, staging, transporting, storage, delivery, etc. Also responsible for the efficient flow of products from the point of product receipt from vendors to the shipment of products (via prescribed service parameters) to a variety of internal and external customers.

- Follow established process to fulfill orders.
- Accurately pick products, perform quality control checks, pack products, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and/or participate in projects as assigned by your manager or other management team member as needed.
- Occasionally wear steel-toed boots in the warehouse while performing certain job duties.
- Work in cold temperatures throughout segments of the shift.
- Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty.
- Operate equipment including order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider.
- We are open to candidates with little to no warehouse experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- All training is provided starting your first day!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to follow direction and change priorities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment while meeting established performance quotas and attendance requirements.
- Experience working with technologies, like computers or point of sale systems, a plus.
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
