Schedule & Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM | $18.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM | $19.50/hour, including $1.00 shift differential
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM–6:00 AM | $20.50/hour, including $2.00 shift differential

The Warehouse General Labor / Lumper supports daily warehouse operations by stacking, wrapping, moving, and handling materials in a safe and efficient manner. This position requires consistent physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Stack and wrap materials weighing between 5 and 50 lbs.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas using 5S methodology.
• Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily warehouse assignments.
• Adjust to changing production priorities and operational needs.
• Complete multiple warehouse tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

• Must be at least 18 years old by the start date.
• Ability to consistently lift and handle materials weighing 5–50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented work style.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Steel-toe shoes are required on the first day of work.
