At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Pick/Pack position to work with a leading logistics company in North Aurora. This role is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• 1st shift:
  Sunday to Thursday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
• 1st shift:
  Tuesday to Saturday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
• 2nd shift:
  Sunday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:30 am
• 2nd shift:
  Tuesday to Saturday, 4:0 pm to 12:30 am

Pay Rates

• 17.00 - 18.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Pick/Pack

• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift packages weighing up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily productivity goals
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work assigned schedules

Role for Pick/Pack

• Locate and pick merchandise using RF scanners or voice-to-pick systems
• Inspect items for damage and pack them securely for shipment
• Apply accurate shipping labels and seal packages
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
