• Prepare and process outgoing metered mail by verifying mailing dates, postage, addresses, and barcode quality before production.
• Inspect mail pieces for accuracy and identify damaged, unreadable, or incorrect barcodes.
• Communicate mailing errors, quality issues, and production concerns to appropriate team members.
• Operate mail processing equipment and safely troubleshoot or clear mail jams as needed.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and accuracy standards in a fast-paced production environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and complete additional mailroom or production tasks as assigned.

• Ability to understand and follow safety instructions, work procedures, and operational directions communicated in English.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify mailing, postage, and barcode errors.
• Dependable and reliable with a strong attendance record.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, or alternate shifts with little to no advance notice.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or move materials weighing up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for up to 80% of the workday in a production or mail processing environment.

As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
