Temp-to-Hire Weekly Pay Hiring Process Qualified candidates must be available to:
Attend a facility tour Complete orientation Start work the following Tuesday This position moves quickly, and candidates should be prepared to begin work immediately after completing the onboarding process.

• Safely operate an Order Picker / Cherry Picker
• Pick and pull customer orders accurately
• Use RF scanners to locate and track inventory
• Retrieve and store inventory in elevated racking locations
• Stage and prepare orders for shipment
• Perform inventory and quality checks
• Assist with shipping and receiving operations
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Previous Order Picker / Cherry Picker experience required
• Reach Truck experience is a strong plus
• RF scanner experience preferred
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Steel-toe boots required
• Ability to work overtime as needed

1st Shift Monday
- Friday 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Overtime may be required during the week and on weekends based on business needs.
