Layer Zero Power Systems LLC is currently offering three on‑site Administrative Assistant positions located in Aurora, Streetsboro, Ohio.

Position Description – Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple departments.
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and meeting coordination with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation, reports, and records.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
  • Support customer interactions, ensuring a responsive and professional experience.
  • Assist with project coordination and execution of key initiatives.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support leadership with daily operational priorities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Plan and support corporate events and initiatives that drive employee engagement and community involvement.
