Description

Anna Maria of Aurora is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor that oversees the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring exceptional customer service for residents, families, visitors, and staff. This position supervises front desk personnel, supports the admissions process, manages office operations, coordinates employee recognition and campus communications, and provides administrative support to maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Supervise front desk staff, coordinate schedules and coverage, conduct performance evaluations, and provide front desk support as needed.

  • Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, phone systems, directories, badges, and business materials.
  • Support admissions by maintaining admission packets, entering resident information into Point Click Care  (PCC), preparing resident records, and assisting with new admissions.
  • Coordinate employee recognition programs, birthdays, anniversaries, appreciation events, and staff communications.
  • Prepare campus newsletters, post event information, and assist with employee events and fundraisers.
  • Maintain administrative records, including QAPI documentation and department contact information.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by Administration or Admissions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
  • Previous supervisory or administrative experience preferred.
  • Healthcare or senior living experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and computer skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
