Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

Pay: Up to $23/hour
Schedule: Full-Time
About the RoleLHH is partnering with a growing company near Twinsburg, OH to hire a Customer Service Representative. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a fast‑paced environment, strong team support, and long‑term career potential.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and inbound inquiries
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution
- Handle customer concerns, billing questions, and account updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking
- Previous call center or office/customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude
Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
